Can someone please get back to me regarding this unit? The support centre and phone numbet isnt working. The D2 screws is too small to fit into the D6 receiver. Therefore, cannot be assembled. This is frustrating for me as my child cannot use the bed. Please get bsck to me quickly in order to resolve this issue as i wouldnt want to return the unit due to Covid19. Thank you

Was a little sceptical after reading some reviews but the bed arrived in perfect condition with all the parts. Clear instructions. My OH held the bed up while I assembled the bed and all the screws. Easier to build with extra hands. Gorgeous bed my 24 month old daughter loves it.

Generally all good. Painted sides very nice. There was few edges chipped. Large crack through the head board. For that amount of money should be packed better. I'm guessing those cracks where done during transport.
